These scumbags cost us sixty days on market on top of losing the total sale of home a home. They dragged their feet past closing and never touched the paperwork that was left on their desk following the approval period. Do not work with these people unless you want to waste time and lose money... Spoke directly to the CEO and the guy couldn't have cared less. Total joke... F

They are a complete amateur company. They do not help or explain a thing to you. For example we were kept in the dark about the process. they answered maybe one call of mine, and rarely answered emails. Go with a mortgage company you actually heard of not this company even if it coasts you a little bit higher interest rate.
