Doctor Nickens is the best. She was very comforting as we shared my Yorkies last moments of her 18 wonderful years. The good Doctor should have been on maternity leave, but she made an exception and came to my house. Thank you so much.
Dr. Nickens responded to my request for help with a very sick cat. It was an emergency, and my regular vet was off for the holidays. She was kind and very gentle with my fur baby. She explained what she would be doing and why.
Dr. Nickens is wonderful! She is very personable, knowledgeable, processing great patience treating my aggressive chihuahua. Dr. Nickens is such an asset to our community. Her services are home-based which is very convenient when it is hard to get around. Her prices are fair. No price-gouging!! I highly recommend Dr. Nickens as your Veterinary. When you find a great vet, you follow them anywhere! That's how I feel about Dr. Nickens. She is kind, patient, friendly, thorough and amazing with my dogs. Over the years Dr Nickens has helped my make decisions and thoroughly educated me on what I needed to do to keep my fur kids safe and happy. She's not an "in-and-out, on to the next patient" kind of vet. She built trust with me and my little ones. I am so grateful for her!
I have 2 pups that Dr. Nickens comes to see. She is great, she really exams and explains things about my pups and what they need. I love to see her down on the floor with them, she is so cool. She answers all my questions and even let's me know if there is some place I need to take them. Dr. Nickens is also fun to talk to. On a fluke I put into google mobile vet and up pops Doorstep Veterinary Care. I'm so glad about that fluke. I recommend Doorstep Veterinary Care to all.
