Took a a fairly modest amount of media to these guys in person on 9/8. I was told I would get a quote by end of day. That didn't occur until 9/10 until I basically told them quote me or I'd come pick everything up. When I received the outrageous quote(see attached image) from them I went immediately back over there to collect the stuff How it went when I got over there: -Employee 1 which I spoke to and dropped media off to initially wasn't there. I had hundreds of pictures going back to 1980 stuck in albums. And then I decided to digitalize them all and found doorstep digital on Sage in Houston. Fabulous people, fabulous work. If you want average or below average quality go to Walgreens. If you want excellence, Doorstep https://doorstep-digital.com/ are an amazing reliable choice.

I was initially very excited to find this company because they appeared to offer exactly the type of service I had been searching for: guidance with organizing, preserving, and backing up family photos and videos using a Synology system. Wonderful experience! They did an amazing job digitizing our old family photos. Everything was organized, high quality, and completed quickly. So grateful to have these memories preserved!
