One star is entirely too generous for Al and Doorsmith. A family friend recommended Doorsmith for the 4 custom garage doors needed for our home renovation. Things started off well and the first two doors were installed in a fairly timely fashion, but unfortunately things took a turn from there. One of the doors never fully closed and the motor wasn’t working properly either. Yesterday I had my garage motor replaced. Robert did the install and was absolutely professional -and explained all of the nuances of this new piece of equipment. I couldn’t recommend this company more.
