We just moved in and I had one of my doors that was getting stuck and Grant from the company came out. He actually fixed more than he was here to take care of and all with a smile and a wonderful demeanor. Great company!
Jake and the team at Doorsmith did an amazing job. We ordered cedar doors through them and they turned out beautifully. The team was committed to quality - when they noticed one of their panels had a small ding in the wood, they brought out a new panel and replaced it promptly. One star is entirely too generous for Al and Doorsmith. A family friend recommended Doorsmith for the 4 custom garage doors needed for our home renovation. Things started off well and the first two doors were installed in a fairly timely fashion, but unfortunately things took a turn from there. One of the doors never fully closed and the motor wasn’t working properly either. Yesterday I had my garage motor replaced. Robert did the install and was absolutely professional -and explained all of the nuances of this new piece of equipment. I couldn’t recommend this company more.
