MY HOUSE HAS 5 custom garage doors which I purchased from DOORSMITH in 2009 I have had them serviced recently and their technician, GRANT is excellent. I highly recommend this company 5 STAR
Did a hack job on my new brand new construction home and garage door. Been out multiple times and incapable of doing a good job. The latest rendition of “service” resulted in leaving about 20 holes in my door that should have fasteners. They are incapable of doing a complete job. Doorsmith will hack every up, and I wouldn’t trust Doorsmith to change my lightbulbs. Already experienced a lot of visits, frustration, and inconvenience. Beware.
The whole process was seamless from start to finish! Fair pricing, beautiful product and exceptional customer service!
