They installed the panels on each side of the door inside out. Anyone can remove the screws from the outside and remove the glass panels. The new panels were thicker than original because they have insulated glass. The installer reused the inside wood trim which is sticks out all the way around. They did not want to correct the problem, guess I’ll have to do it myself.
