Poor quality milling. The primed pine jambs have width differences between header and jamb legs up to an 1/8th and are anything but strait. Header lengths vary and tend to be longer than acceptable.
My friend and I have been doing high end finish carpentry for 16 years. I’m spending 30 minutes per door right now to shim all four corners of every strike plate mortise and latch mortise with different amounts of layers of little chunks of drywall shims I am cutting to make the plates fit flush with doors and jambs. Worst trash I’ve ever seen. Elevations of latch holes on strikes are way off, by a mile on some. Don’t know how you can get anything this far off with jigs and routers. Utterly terrible. Terrible quality. Have had to send doors back multiple times. Dents, chips, scratches. Owner cuts corners as much as possible and will try to send you broken products. Highly unprofessional, and I encourage anyone to look into another business.
