Very rude…horrible customer service!
So unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Scoffed at me and belittled me. What ever happened to respectful customer service? Can’t believe these people are in business. Not worth your time OR your money…I am appalled and disgusted.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I called this business at 11:42 AM today, but no one answered. Instead, I received a text saying: “Thank you for calling. On the other line. Please reply with your name and how we may help you with a Pet Door Solution.” I responded with all the requested information but never received any confirmation that my message was received. What a great experience we had working with Louis and his son for the recent purchase of our doggie door. They were both knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. Our life has been made easier by installing this doggie door! And they both love dogs!
I have a door from this company I purchased in 2021. The glass is leaking so I called the company for advice. Louis told me to text him my contact info because he was driving. No response. I texted again, phoned the numbers on the website. No response. What horrible customer service. Laurie Houghton
