I called on a Monday, and by Tuesday late morning my door was fixed. The woman on the phone gave me an estimate. A technician named Ken came over, did the work, and charged the price I was quoted. Ken was friendly, professional, and prompt. I would definitely use this company again.
We have used DoorPro to replace an old Liftmaster motor and to help fix a door that got off the tracks. These folks are very reliable and listen to you well. I definitely will tell my friends that they are the go to service for garage doors. We especially appreciate the experience and skills of Joey and Taylor there.
My expierence with DoorPro was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to come out promptly, and the technician could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
