I called on a Monday, and by Tuesday late morning my door was fixed. The woman on the phone gave me an estimate. A technician named Ken came over, did the work, and charged the price I was quoted. Ken was friendly, professional, and prompt. I would definitely use this company again.
We have used DoorPro to replace an old Liftmaster motor and to help fix a door that got off the tracks. These folks are very reliable and listen to you well. I definitely will tell my friends that they are the go to service for garage doors. We especially appreciate the experience and skills of Joey and Taylor there.
