First I understand it was my mistake I took wrong keys and after hrs,I called these guys. They quoted $99 ,I thought my fault, I'd suck it up. But when they came, it took him 2 minutes and it costed $417.90. Total rip off and take advantage of people due to their predicament. Will never use them but I was with someone and they had to leave.
We had an amazing experience and received amazing service from Serhii who had replaced our front door. We are very satisfied and will be using Doormax for future services.
Very poor service, initial engagement ok but follow through on pricing, delivery and service is non existent. Sales rep who met on site after 6weeks of waiting was even poaching business for another company. Tried to reach out to the owner and they never even followed up. Ultimately gave up on this company.
I purchased a door from these guys ,Blair was able to help me with sizing and hardware prep. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a commercial door.
