If I could give more than 5 starts I would! I dealt with Blair at Doormax, he was kind and extremely informative and he walked me through the entire process of what I needed to do (I'm new to this) most companies would see this as an opportunity to up-sale, there was zero pressure and I got exactly what I needed. Blair and his crew at Doormax were fantastic. We were looking for a commercial man door for an extension of our shop and after calling around to the different large door companies, no one could accommodate our specific size and no one had any stock. We were quoted an average or 3 to 6 weeks wait to get a door manufactured. We called Blair, not only did he have our door size in stock, he was able to accommodate our preferences such as installing a large window, door swing and frame dimensions. First I understand it was my mistake I took wrong keys and after hrs,I called these guys. They quoted $99 ,I thought my fault, I'd suck it up. But when they came, it took him 2 minutes and it costed $417.90. Total rip off and take advantage of people due to their predicament. Will never use them but I was with someone and they had to leave.
