Recently contacted Doormatic, Jasper supplied and programed 2 new remotes for my garage door. Its nice to see good old fashioned customer service. Thanks Jasper keep up the good work.
Installed front gate a year or so ago. Two remote controls are not functioning well and does not open or close the front gate. Called, text and email doormatic a while ago. there has not been any call back or reply email since.
