We are a commercial landlord and have entering our second month using Doorloop and are very satisfied with the product. Easy to use with responsive customer service and at a reasonable price point. I would recommend them to other commercial companies that want a viable solution and don't want to spend the large implementation and annual fees for the more advanced systems.
Very dissatisfied. Not simple at all. You have to click through a hundred different things to get anything done. Not easy or intuitive to use. Have to spend hours learning all these new processes that could be achieved with a simple click. Important aspects are hidden away and have to go searching for things. Sever waste of time. Find something better. Will no be renewing my services.
My landlord just switched to doorloop for rent payments and if I paid by credit card I was going to incur $1,200. In fees for processing and if I do electronic transfer they want all of my banking id and password. I’m not giving that information out online.
This company is easily the worst example of shirking customer service that I've ever seen. They, if fact, want to prevent customers from getting support. Their software is throwing errors when trying to make a payment. The landlord asks them to fix it. I, the tenant, have no option to get support. The chat bot (all AI and 100% useless), phones (no option for help there), contact form on website (doesn't even work) and social platforms (they expressly say they don't monitor that) are all useless.
