Called on a Friday and technician was here on a Monday to service a garage door that wasn't closely properly. Shane came during the service window they provided. Explained the problem and solution and completed the work in an hour. Grateful to now have a door that will close properly without having to manually override it each time!
Wow! What great service fro. DOOR GROLLIA ! Called on a Tuesday night, and had a call back same evening from Harry. He was very polite and Professional. Then, Thursday, the new sping was made on site and installed . Kobe and Jace were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them highly! A+ rating 10/28/24 Had an issue with cable coming loose. Door Gorilla came out and fixed everything, explained what they did and very professional. We replaced an aging garage for my parents in Strasburg . They were professional from the start . The door is made in the USA . Kobe and Terry did the installation and fixed the poor workmanship from the old door installation . Great job !
