My installer Tim did a great job. He called to notify me that he was on his way, arrived promptly, and worked efficiently. Once installed he explained the set up and wifi connectivity option. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Gorilla Mike went that extra mile to make sure door cable did not rub after replacing door spring and cables. Everything now runs smoothly on my old door!
