Where is DoorDash supposed to get a good driver rating from, if drivers like me — and many others I personally know — with a 5-star rating and over 3 years of flawless experience, just get our accounts blocked under the excuse of a ‘review’ and then stay blocked for over a week? There are even people waiting for half a year to get unblocked, with no explanation at all.
Criminals. Only company that takes your money, provides no food or service and refuses to give you money or credit back. How is this not illegal??
Poor customer service! Drivers are not getting any closer to the pickup spot maybe because they are getting paid to wait. The order was ready at 12:35pm and driver never moved from one spot, trued reaching out to driver (no response), reached customer service and was told wait another 15 mins, then called again and same response. I am not in a condition to cook anything because of my injury, i am hungry since morning and now i am just waiting for the food. Very frustrating!!!! Stollen food, dashers drop your food at whatever door they feel like at, tipping determines if you even get your food, price gouging. Just awful!!
I am deleting this pos scam. They left my family waiting an hour for food. The Dasher said they had an emergency. They stole our food. Door dash has issued a refund that will take 3 days to process. They won't reorder my food. No money and no food. I will delete this app.
