Well, this company has the lowest rating I have ever seen on Google and I understand why! They need to seriously reconsider having the call center that they have for customer service. Order food then they cancel the order and didn’t let me get my order and still and get a refund or nothing
To the door dash driver that keeps cutting through are lawn at the Cavanal view RV Park, your going to get your customer evicted.It takes 30sec longer to go around!
I’d give this zero stars if I could. Avoid and use any competitor over these guys. There is no checks and balances in their order process. While on vacation and having my order delivered to my hotel I had a driver that spoke zero English give my food to two strangers that drove off with my food and brought it back 15 minutes later. I ordered a breakfast, it was supposed to be delivered by Door Dash. Now Door Dash tells me to contact Sonic and Sonic tells me to contact Door Dash....both companies giving me a runaround. I WILL SHARE THIS WITH EVERONE I CAN!
