I've been dashing since 2017 last night I was excepting an order and after clicking complete it said $2.00 base pay. My tip was gone. I called support they couldn't help cause I didn't have a screen shot. Texted support today and they told me a customer can take away the tip after I delivered. I told them to fix the problem asap cause it's fraud and theft. Yes I'm a top dasher and on beta as well. Thanks for reading. I just wanted Everyone to know.
Horrible service! Ordered and they kept saying they can't find my order. It was due over an hour ago and the app says, still looking for a Dasher. The restaurant said it was ready over an hour ago! They just keep telling me to wait, wait!!!
Terrible customer service. Ordered 60 dollars of food. Was delivered 30 min late because I watched the driver make a stop before delivering my food, I didn't authorize a stop. When I finally got my food it was ice cold and had obviously been sitting in someone's car for the 30 min it was late. Contacted customer service they offered me 19 dollars. RUDE!!! They don't give a person any chance to explain anything and they try to collect autopay early. Had they waited until it was actually time to collect, the money would have been there. UNPROFESSIONAL. Removed my account information. I went back thru my transaction history to calculate if I had made an error when setting up dashpass. And THEN blocked my PHONE NUMBER from the corporate website.
