Terrible customer service and app
Absolute Garbage Assistance. Took over a month for them to call back after sign up. I had to reach out to them cause they didn’t call within the 24-48 hours they said they would call in. They denied my submission and then had NO ANSWERS for why. Wouldn’t bother connecting me to someone that could help and when they finally gave me a number to call for support, the support team claimed they had limited access to information so they couldn’t help.

I received an email from door dash when I was away on vacation . It said that I ordered $96.00 worth of Starbucks. I was told that the payment didn't go through. First of all I don't order Starbucks through door dash, and I certainly don't order almost $1.00 .00 of Starbucks for myself.
