Drivers deliver food and all the kids food smell of weed. Disgusting!!!!
Y’all offered me two grocery promos. I was not ready to order until now but you guys removed them when they didn’t expire yet. Your customer support asked me to send over screenshots of them. How was I suppose to know you guys would remove the promos?! Now we have to screenshot promos for y’all to honor them?! How is it that your customer support doesn’t know what promos you all offer?! I placed an order of over $130 plus delivery tip with my company business card and the delivery driver Junior only delivered the dinner rolls. I contacted the restaurant and they said that they tried several times to have the driver pick-up the whole order. I contacted Door Dash customer service and they refused to replace my order or issue a refund. Will not be using Door Dash again.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE They will have a photo clearly marked with the wrong address AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!! Unfair and unprofessional and don't deserve to be in business
