The installer was very nice. Very polite. The business side do not go as smooth. I felt like they did not live up to their word. And it costs more money and more money to finish the job.

I recently had an issue with my garage door not closing properly and contacted DSI Doors for assistance. Bob and his team responded promptly and quickly identified the problem with the motor. They replaced it efficiently and had the door working perfectly in no time. Their service was professional, timely, and of excellent quality. Door Services, INC is a solid company, with super staff. Unfortunately, I found myself in an untimely "garage situation" on a Sunday morning that needed same day (weekend day) solution. Fortunately, Door Services has an active, timely and professional response process and team. **Thanks Bob!
