Tension spring broke and called that night and was told service agent would be there the next day and give an estimate. Shane came at designated time and after examining repair needs and I accepted the cost of repair. It Shane about 40 min. and he then explained his observations and what repairs he completed. The door was functioning as it should. Thank you Shane!

I have to commend their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. My install warranty had expired and an issue came up with the cable and spring. They take a bunch of pictures after install. The tech that came out for the repair noticed an issue with the original install on one of the pictures. Even though the warranty had expired, the repair was made at no charge.
