I contacted Door Security Products after the company that was installing our alarm/fire system did not complete the job. Chris was out of the office when I called but he called me back within an hour after getting my message. He sent two techs out to assess our system and get it operational. They offered advice as if they were protecting their own home. Never once felt pressured into buying product beyond what I asked for. I've done some research on installing a security system myself, their prices are very reasonable. I was happy to pay the difference knowing there was a team with experience guiding me.

Chris first helped update our office security system. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, got the work done promptly, and came back when we needed to modify the system when a new tenant moved in.
