They offered advice as if they were protecting their own home. Never once felt pressured into buying product beyond what I asked for. I've done some research on installing a security system myself, their prices are very reasonable. I was happy to pay the difference knowing there was a team with experience guiding me.

Chris first helped update our office security system. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, got the work done promptly, and came back when we needed to modify the system when a new tenant moved in. I then asked him to install a system at our house. He did a great job. What I really appreciated was the fact that he looked for solutions that were the least complicated and least expensive. Recently had a camera and sensors installed for security. Chris, the owner, was very nice and extremely helpful! He was very clear in describing everything I needed to know and how to work the system. Pricing was quoted in writing and everything has worked just as described. Technicians were very nice and worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. I had one small problem (my fault) that was cleared up the same day. I highly recommend DSP, a locally owned company which is a big plus to me....thanks again!
