This company is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Stay away and don’t look back! Go anywhere, use anyone , but stay away from Orlando Door Renew. Where do I begin as the most unsatisfied customer? They have completed an unsatisfactory job, taken/stolen my money, acknowledge that the job was not done well, over promised and undelivered, said they would come back to fix the unsatisfactory job and….crickets. I have been in communication with the owner about the work that they still have not finished at my property. They promised to show up and have failed to communicate. They were supposed to come back to complete the work that they failed to repair months ago. My emails go unanswered, my calls go unanswered, there is no resolution to the damage that they have done.
Never have i ever been treated so dismissively by a business before. i heard about this company by a local business magazine that we get in the mail regularly. So I reached out to the closest location to my residence. The person I spoke to, while sounding interested and pleasant on the phone, never followed up on what he said he was going to do. Even after me calling him several times, he never sent me a quote after what felt as me chasing after him for a quote or followed up.
I found Door Renew on the internet. I was a ready to do something to our wooden doors before they start cracking and splitting. I spoke to Trevor and asked for a quote and received it within a couple of days. He was very personable, professional and made me feel comfortable about proceeding. My husband and I went to visit the shop. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The program that they use make everything easy to navigate.
