UPDATE 08/27/ 2025-STILL NO DOORS and STILL NO REFUND. Trevor Tomlin and Sam Tasker have continued to lie. Promise to "make things right" and again failed to deliver. The door began falling apart, there are holes, panels fell out, and the doors have not moved. This has been going on since SEPTEMBER 2024, they came back APRIL 2025 and promise to fix their mistakes and requests have gone unanswered, yet again. Door Renew did a fantastic job refinishing our large wooden front doors. They look great; a professional finish and installation. Sean and Kevin did the final installation. They were careful, detailed and accommodating. Thank you for adding value to our home!
UPDATED REVIEW: 05/31/2025 - Our door was initially repaired in January 2025, and within weeks of re-install, it continued to crack and degrade. Door Renew sent techs to "band aid" the repair with filler, and paint to disguise the ORIGINAL cracking, and in early May, 2025, finally took the door back to their shop with a PROMISE to fix properly. Shawn and Nick were amazing. Our Door Renew project was a complex one requiring the tenacity, skill, professionalism, and creativity that they demonstrated in a huge way for us. What meant the most to us was how they kept us up-to-date on their ETA's for appointments and also how they communicated how they were going to manage the project - every step of the way. They did work for my parents and the front door they worked on is falling apart and they won’t come back to fix it. They say they will come but never show up. Don’t use them! The door looked good for 1 month now it’s literally falling apart! We rarely use that door and don’t slam it. Terrible customer service service. They don’t stand behind their work.
