Yesterday I had my annual "garage door checkup" for my beautiful Clopay garage door that Door Pros installed a couple of years ago. I had a couple of questions about how to lock it and some other stuff. The technician who serviced my garage door, Rich Fulk, was amazing. He patiently answered my questions, demonstrated how to do things, and was just generally fabulous. Thank you Door Pros. I'm a widow and still figuring things out, but Door Pros is definitely one of my "go-to" helpers! :-
Matthew was great! Very professional, informative and even showed up early. Ultimately couldn’t find any problems with our door but at least put us at ease that it’s operating fine despite having an issue with opening earlier in the morning.
