The worst service and not a surprise they are out of business. They came to repair our garage in May and then had to come back in July to replace the motor for $ $500 +. It is November and it is not working again and they are out of business and we are out $500. Really unhappy

New garage door, track, and motor installed 2 years ago - great service. Juan just completed minor adjustment, standard maintenance and lubrication - great service at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Door Pro. Reliable and efficient. Caulfeild, West Vancouver

With the warm, dry weather it seems our wood garage door shrank enough to throw the sensors off. This didn’t fool Biju who assessed the situation in a matter of seconds, and within minutes, had it fixed. Biju rocks! Thank you, Door Pro!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Overcharged me, saying there was a glitch in their order system, but would refund the difference immediately. They never did and haven't provided cash back as part of a promotion. They never installed lights or hardware and I had to call back to argue to get what I had already paid for. The manager - Luther - is very difficult to deal with and I am following up with the BBB. I have been dealing with them for over 6 months now and they say they will refund my money and come back, but never do. This is... read more
