I was shocked at our experience today. We went looking to see if they had a pocket door in their showroom (they are an authorized dealer), and were treated like we were ridiculous for asking. No attempt to answer any questions, just told we had to order it. Essentially, we were made to feel foolish for bothering the counter person during their open hours.

I went there on a Saturday to get some info to help with door purchases for my new house. I left feeling insulted and foolish for even going there in the first place. Its been months since and I still cannot understand why I was treated so poorly.

Just upgraded my windows & sliders. Feels like a new house with getting these replaced. Very pleased & will use them again on future homes & investment properties. :) Fantastic! Ryan did an awesome job. Thank you.
