Phil was very professional. He got the job done quickly and let me know of issues without being pushy to upsell things. He did a great job.

One of the springs on our garage door broke. I contacted The Door Guys and they were able to quickly schedule service. Phil arrived this morning and in addition to replacing the springs, Phil also replaced several other components that were showing wear and that would undoubtedly failed sooner or later. I had another company out and they wanted $1100 to do the job. I said no and called you. Phil came and did an excellent job. He was very thorough, replaced the spring, berings and rollers for several hundred less than the other company who was only going to replace the spring.
