Had someone come out to “fix” our garage door and he left it worse off. Called the owner to have it fixed, he got our details and I never heard back from him. We ended up calling Craig at The Gararge Door Repairman - he fixed our door and was very reasonably priced.
I will never use there service again , they came to reprogram a remote and serviced the garge door all it took is 5 min and i got charged $150 the owner of the company said that if i buy 2 remote control later for $60 i dont have to pay for a call up fee. Sure enough the remote didnt work after a month , they came back to reprogram the remote again !!! Charged me for call up fee and doubled the price for the remote control $ 198 which i think its far too much in less then 6 weeks!!! I wish I read the reviews before i used th... read more
Poor service i had a warranty claim and they wanted to charge me for instillation and a 150 service fee anually dont use them there dodgy rip offs and if you complain they just hang up on you
Simple!!! just pay that tiny bit extra and go with someone else!!
The "free magnet" dumped on my lawn (I guess the letterbox was too obvious) should have indicated what sort of service we would get.
