I have been trying for over a week to order $5,000 worth of doors. Finally I called to give all the information over the phone since the texting wasn’t working. I was told she would only take the order via text in her specified format (which would take forever to text) owner should know that their “sales” representative is throwing away business.
The lady was super confused. Kept telling me to hire somebody to make my door opening a half inch bigger. I said wouldnt it be cheaper if I just ordered the right size? I just needed two closet doors and I gave her the measurements. Finally, When she determined they needed to be custom built she said it would take 10 weeks to get them! I am giving two stars because she was nice, but they seemed a bit clueless.

I buy material on august 3 must delivery next day ,today is september 4 2020 no refund and no molding, be careful if they dont delivery and you buy in other place because he won't refund your money if you don't pay attention to your account .
