Great experience
I was very scared going to my first appointment with the doctors and nurses at EPAC but everyone is so warm and loving. They explain your situation with grace and give you the space to ask any questions. If you don’t know what to ask, they will let you know what some of the common questions are. After coming up with a treatment plan, I was given a lot of options and was well informed of the pros and cons of each one. At the end of it, I got closure for my situation and space to heal. Going to EPAC is kind of a scary experience, but the doctor and nurses here that I worked with were so incredibly kind, compassionate, and comforting. Although my appointment was 45 minutes, they made sure to give me as much time as I needed to ask all of my questions. They answered each one with a lot of patience and understanding. I am so thankful my doctor referred me to the EPAC clinic here.
