I live near by. My 2 year old had a fall. Pulled out his elbow. Carried him inside, profusely crying. Whole place can hear it. Clearly child is in severe pain, needs urgent medication attention. Receptionist turns me away - said dr can't see him it's too close to closing time. Didn't notify dr either of emergency. Made the decision herself. Pissed me off so bad. I stayed calm, said ok and took him out. Had to take him to further location, took him inside, dr came out of his room , popped his elbow back in place. He slowly st... read more
