On Monday, May 1, 2017, My Fiance made an emergency call from our home which is less than 2 minutes away from the emt station here in Vienna because i was having a heart attack. It took them more than 15 minutes to get to me. We all time is of the essence when having a heart attack. They came to my home and acted as if they didn't want to touch me.
