Thank you for I got picked up on time for my 8AM appointment. However, after confirming with my insurance company my ride to pick me up at 9AM (an hour after my doctor's appointment), I was out there in the cold the whole time waiting for nothing. In short, no one picked me up. I had to call to find out what's going on because no courtesy notice or even a short phone call or text was made to at least notify me. Apparently Care First Health Plan and their corporate rental company, Call The Car, have added another small medical transport company to their "transportation fleet." In concerns to Doolo Medical Transport, their driver was at my front gate within about five minutes before my pickup time; I am allowed a fifteen minute waiting period, so long as I'm outside within the alotted time period (15 mins), I never encounter any problems.
