Overall good gym but the air conditioning or ventilation sucks badly. Ladies change room feels like asia in summer... if you ever want to know what humidty feels like in south east asia - hang out in the change rooms. It would get 5 stars if they can sort out ventilation in there
I visited the gym recently. The man at the desk (Anthony) was a bit rude and condescending when I enquired. He seemed too interested in what he was doing on the computer to pay much attention to my questions - so it wasn't the best first impression. It all felt a bit rushed and 'salesy'. A lovely lady (who is a personal trainer there) gave me a tour and explained everything the gym had to offer. Apart from the impersonal first impression at the desk, I will definitely consider using this gym in the future.
Has clean and varieties of gym equipment, I really liked it!
Thanks to gym supervisor Anthony, he measured my body composition and kindly walked me through the results, clearly explaining all the figures. Now I can track my progress and work out even more effectively!
My friend has been going to this gym for many years, and I’ve often seen her post fun classes on her Instagram stories. So I asked if I could come along and try it, since I don’t live far. She highly recommended it for its friendly environment, lovely staff, and great variety of classes. I did the 3-day free trial and was really happy — the classes were great, parking was easy, the timetable suited me well after work, and the staff were friendly and genuine.
