Cory and his staff have been fair and very helpful to me. I've had one vehicle there at the shop that had a busted head gasket. I told Cory that I know that car is bound to be a pain in the rear end. Lol! He has been very good about everything regarding that vehicle. He has fixed my other vehicle too. Cory is fair and honest. So is his staff.
I took my 2000 Ford Excursion to Cory after a friend’s referral. They kept the truck for seven weeks. I left a note explaining that the last time it had this kind of vibration, the issue was the transfer case. During that time, I received several excuses about why it wasn’t fixed. Eventually, they replaced the transfer case with a used one, which solved the problem.
