Needed rear door of Escape fixed. Owner knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it. We did have to retrieve our vehicle due to a timing issue but it was fixed promptly the next day. Cost was the same as estimate. Very friendly and were eager to please.
Horrible experience and customer service does not exist ! Car was not fixed correctly. Tried to work the issue out with the shops owner. Told me he would not give me my money back and do what I gotta do. Basically we don't care about your business! Stay away from here at all costs
