The service provided was handled professionally by courteous, helpful, informative technicians. However, Dooley requested advance payment, and the service provided ended up being less extensive than anticipated, resulting in Dooley owing us a partial refund of over $1000. Dooley agreed the refund was owed and would soon be paid, but it has been over four months, and the refund has not yet arrived. Had the refund been provided timely, the rating would be 5 stars.
Dooley has always been a highly reputable company, and we thought we would never go anywhere else. But they are absolutely NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE!! I can’t even begin to express how awful my most recent experience has been with this company. I would give them ZERO starts if I could. A technician came out February 2024 and sold us on the Halo filter. He guaranteed we would have high quality drinkable water and no need to buy salt or bottled water again. I have a pump/lift station that Dooley’s has worked on before, so I called on a Friday during business hours and got a virtual assistant, left a message and the computerized answering system said I’d receive a call back the next day (which was a Saturday ??). No call back but not surprising because it’s the weekend. However, on Sunday I received an automated text saying someone would be out the next day (Monday). Come Monday, no call, no text, no show. If you want a plumbing job done right at an affordable price this is the place to get er done. The Dooley company is the best! Aarron and Tylor did a great job today. I'm so happy they were able to fix the issue this old house had to give. Now, I can take a bath. lol
