Dooley has always been a highly reputable company, and we thought we would never go anywhere else. But they are absolutely NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE!! I can’t even begin to express how awful my most recent experience has been with this company. I would give them ZERO starts if I could. This was my first time getting a septic tank pumped, and our tech, Trenton, was a super star! My husband and I had a bunch of questions regarding our system, and Trenton answered all of them! The company as a whole was great, but the real star was Trenton. I never imagined getting our tanks pumped would be an enjoyable experience, but sure enough it was. We will absolutely be repeat customers for all of our plumbing needs!

We called yesterday to schedule an appointment to get our septic tank pumped. They were able to get us in today. Both the customer service rep, Brandon, and our service tech, Zach, were fabulous to work with! I’m not an easy customer and ask a lot of questions which they both entertained and answered accurately! Highly recommend this company! Great job guys! Also, we got an additional discount for being a military veteran family.

These guys are the best in the business—and it shows. I've had to call them twice now for emergency pumping, and both times they were out the very next day without fail. Their speed, professionalism, and no-nonsense approach make them a rare find in this industry. When you're in a pinch, you want a team like this on your side. Beware that they charge you a fee for estimates. We bent our well pipe and broke the cap off of the top. They came out and spent 5 minutes to quote us $1200 to excavate around the pipe and $800 to fix it and then charged us a fee to quote it. My husband dug around the pipe down to where it was bent (about a foot down) in about 5 minutes. And they wanted to bring an excavator out for that? And then we called another company that came out and charged us $400 to fix it on the spot...no estimate fee. I have no idea how they are ... read more
