Everyone Should stop going here. She keeps your dog for hours & doesn't groom them until the last moment. Her dad has Stage 4 Aggressive kidney & Lung Cancer & although he literally pays all he bills she won't take the time to come groom his dogs. He only lives 67 miles away (1 hr 10 mn).
I heard good things and ca gal in training to my little shorkie there, twice. Both times took nearly 8 hours. Finally we made an appointment with Carie..1st time. The place was locked up, and no notice. Later received word of an emergency and gave her the benefit of the doubt.. forward 2 weeks..again, no one there, no notice. Sorry, not giving a 3rd chance.
I don't think my experience could have been any worse. I dropped my dog off at noon and Keri told me it would be about 2 hours. I called 3 hours later to see if I could pick him up. She said she got distracted cleaning and didn't even begin grooming him yet and would need another hour and a half. I called her back at 5:30 and she said she had just started to brush him out and would need another hour.
