Doody charged me SIX TIMES MORE than a competitor. He spent just two minutes snaking the washing machine hose ( it was leaking) charged $75 + tax for that but it did not fix the problem. Then he said I need a new trap. Cost for the trap was $1865. After installing the trap it still overflowed in my kitchen, nothing changed, but he had left. The workman snaked it again, for fifteen minutes. That's all it needed, it worked after snaking it for fifteen minutes, and the trap didn't fix it. I would give zero stars if I could. On October 28, my landlord hired Doodyman to the Rescue to do routine maintenance. The individual who performed the work managed to break the toilet while running a plumbing snake from outside the house. After complaining that replacing the toilet would cause him to be late for other jobs, he eventually agreed to purchase a new toilet and install it.
