DoodyCalls has been doing a great job. They are informative and always let me know when they are on the way and completed with the service. I truly appreciate the great customer service
Reliable service however they miss spots and the spots are not hard to find. i will be canceling my membership
I am extremely disappointed with DoodyCalls. This has been one of the most unprofessional and unreliable services I’ve ever dealt with. Multiple times, the yard wasn’t cleaned at all, yet no one ever bothered to call me back after I reported it. They keep claiming they’ve emailed or called me “many times,” but I’ve only received three emails total, and not once has anyone left a voicemail. Reliable weekly service but occasionally misses some spots.
Theo was extremely helpful and thorough during the entire process. He explained the various styles of stations, weekly service, pricing and turnaround time for installation. Jason the installer was prompt for our appointment and friendly. We discussed location of station and the process. He made sure the bottom wasn’t touching the ground to avoid corrosion. Jason followed up with us 48hours later to ensure all was well. I HIGHLY recommend the Atlanta location for Doody Calls.
