Greg Was very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable helped us with are vent-free fireplace. I would recommend him all the time.
Professional and thorough
I attempted to work a warranty claim for my Blaze Professional grill with Doodlebuggers. After spending almost $1,000 and 5 months, they decided that they no longer wanted to install the parts that arrived from Blaze under warranty and left me hanging with a bunch of parts and no one to install them. I will never do business with them again. Beware.
Greg installed our electric fireplace and was very professional and made sure he didn't leave until we were happy. Definitely using them again!
