Our technician, Robert, was on time and completed the job quick and quietly. Explained what he found during the inspection and asked if we had any questions.
Very pleased from the first phone call to the finished product. Amanda was very patient and helpful in explaining the estimate and was quick to provide an updated estimate when we asked for additional work. Jim and Robert were prompt and very professional and took the time to answer questions or explain things along the way. Our fireplace was very old, had not been serviced in several decades, and needed to be replaced, which they did with a beautiful new fireplace and new tile surround. $1300 quote for a dryer vent installation on an exterior non brick wall which their tech called “the simplest vent installations we do”. Called and asked why this was so incredibly expensive and never received a call back. Not to mention it was $175 just for a 10 minute quote. If you don’t want to do a job, just say so. Don’t treat someone like they’re stupid by purposely overpricing the quote. I’m not sure if they’re inept, or just a trash company. I was warned not to have them come out and should have listened.
Yesterday was my first experience with doodleburgers they were very helpful sweet professional and the top guns and a blessing to this community and I would recommend them strongly this community is very lucky to have them.
