We had Doodlebuggers install a fireplace insert for us a few years ago. Recently, the glass in the door got broken. We called to see if they could repair or replace the door. We were told they would check and see what they could do. A few days later, they called us back and said they would be able to get a new door and replace it. We had to pay over $1500.00 before they would even order the door. They even gave us an installation date. Greg was fantastic. He fully explained how our log configuration needed to be and how to clean and manage our unit. He showed us some potential future issues but was able to fix our current unit. We would highly recommend Greg and Doodlebuggers.
