Tech was right on time, very knowledgeable and efficient. He was very meticulous and made sure the area around the fireplace was spotless. First class work!
My tech, Greg Clear, was very informative of the issues with my fireplace and chimney. He walked me through all of the functions of my gas log system and how it works. He helped me determine the next course of action as we talked through all the recommendations. He could not have been more professional, or helpful. I highly recommend him and Doodlebuggers for service and repairs.

Awful customer service, huge delays and zero active communication. Would rate experience zero if it was allowed. Their premium pricing is not justified.
