Dealt with them for years. The sales rep blamed me for not folding my last menu job, then wanted me to pay for them to be shipped back and forth to get the fold done. I wrote the word FOLD 2 times on the order, yet still they didnt fold them. Now i need to fold 25,000 menus or pay to ship back and forth??? Quite ridiculous
Hey! Just a quick heads-up—door 1-4 is where you go for paper rolls. When you head in through the door by the docks, I didn't spot the receiving office right away. But no worries—someone noticed me, grabbed my paperwork, and brought it out once they were done.
Arrived @0630 for 1000 delivery. Hit dock right away. Doodads is the first 7 dock the other is a different business. Got unloaded by 9. They let me sit in the lot for a few hours while awaited my next load. I'd definitely deliver here again.
Great customer service and always does a perfect job!
