This company has terrible customer service. We signed up for weekly cleanings. Once we signed up we didn’t hear from anyone for 2 weeks even though I reached out to Robert. He finally responded and they came for the first cleaning. The following week we got a text saying the technician was on their way, then another text shortly after saying our house was skipped with no given reason. Doo Doo Pros has served our needs for our 2 dogs waste removal from our dog pen and they have provided excellent service as they advertised. Our tech Jason has been awesome. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
The technician arrived on time and cleaned the back yard thoroughly. He was courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
