If I could give her zero starts I would. She is highly unprofessional and unorganized missed a hearing now it is pushed three months out. Nothing was resolved wasted money time energy and effort. She is very rude nasty will not communicate with you at all!!!! I have had several conversation with her about this she repeatedly gave me incorrect information. Ms. Bailey is tough but not a good attorney (blows a lot of smoke but no fire): 1. quoted one price for consultation then requested more money. We paid her. 2. promised financial/legal option(s) agreement - never got any agreements. 3. no meetings (in person or zoom) 4. talked about Judge Mallory behind his back multiple times (very unprofessional) 5. did not file one piece of evidence although she was emailed 180 pages, stating, "I don't have time to read all of that..." 6. claims to have an assistant but actually has an an... read more
