My experience with this clinic was an absolute nightmare. The receptionist had an awful attitude and was completely unhelpful. I spent two solid weeks trying to call and book an appointment, and not a single person ever picked up the phone. It's truly unbelievable. In the end, I had no choice but to take time off work and go in person just to book an appointment. The complete lack of communication and basic customer service is unacceptable for any business, let alone a medical office.
Edit. They gave me an appointment to go over my MRI results for June 27, 2025, and when I showed up, they told me the results weren’t ready. I lost a day of work because of this. July 4th: the clinic called me with an apology and the doctor explained to me the results by phone, thanks for that.
The doctor spends all the time walking outside and chatting with patients for really long! Despite having patients being lined up. Has no respect of time. Had kept us sitting inside the room and he went out to his car to chat on the phone, other times he was just standing at reception and talking to patients. We had to leave even after being waiting inside the room. Terrible experience.
