Raph helps to keep me going. Regular visits restore the muscles stretched to the point where walking one step is painful. At 73 I still spend 4 plus hours on a tractor mowing on a slope that requires me to brace myself against the cab on one side putting strain on that side followed by several hours of sustained bending whilst fencing I still waterski and that adds to the strain Thanks for all your help and understanding.
