Always love this place. Been coming since they opened 10ish years ago. Fantastic food, store, and staff.
WORKERS NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. Great donuts but poor service! Servers not at all friendly; in fact quite rude and abrubt. I wanted my tea less milky and the sachet was filled with such a tiny amt of tea. I started to pour a little into a bin and the server snapped “I’ll do it” all she did was pour more hot water on top of the already milky very dilutetea. My husband requested tea be remade they are not putting enough tea leaves in the sachet. She had to argue that I asked for more water that’s why it’s watery. SMH. ... read more
