Went to order at 11:30, was told they can’t do any milkshakes or thickshakes. My daughter got a hotdog that I wouldn’t have even served to my dog. When I asked for 12 donuts, the young girl rolled her eyes at me, walked over to the donut machine and pushed the batter into the pan then sat on her phone. The young girl obviously did not want to be there. Absolutely appalling. Will not be returning
what a joke! asked for 12x cinnamon donuts & was told they aren’t able to make any because they close IN A HOUR. never seen such unprofessional customer either
The staff are absolutely incredible! Had a loss in the family and they made me feel so great and spoilt! Small acts of kindness really made a difference in the world.
Ordered a few donuts on Uber Eats (Pink Dino and Pink Men) however I received two chocolate donuts and a few small pink donuts with sour strips. This was not what I ordered or wanted and was not contacted about possible changes. If you can't fulfil the order then you should check to see if a substitute is acceptable.
