I came in a few weeks ago and a girl with blonde hair named Heidi served me and was extremely rude. Had a shocking experience today when a teenage boy serving us, snapped at my 5 year old harshly telling her to “get down right now” after I had already asked my daughter infront of him and other staff members to climb down from the glass frame where donuts are kept. And this boy had the audacity to actually finger point at my daughter and demand her to climb down. Super friendly staff, amazing donut options. The best coffee from a Donut King I've ever experienced. And the location (right next to Coles/ Kmart) is so convenient.
Staff are friendly, food is perfectly what you'd expect from Donut King, and the shop front was a great temperature for the hot day. Floor was a tiny bit dirty. Possibly old stains. But overall, the store feels clean. Great experience
It was my first time visiting Donut King and i ordered a Oreo Frappe,it was so good.One person working there name Tina was serving the,the service was quite and polite.She offered me a varity of options to order,what a nice service!I will come back again.
