I love the coffee here, I come almost every day. The staff are always friendly, except for one person who was rude. Overall, it’s a great place, but that experience was disappointing
My 2 youngs girls walk past the shop and say 'I hope my donut friend is there today' Their donut friend high fives them which makes their day more than the dount itself. Hats off to the store and the donut friend
Food was great, but the lady that served me was incredibly rude and passive aggressive, literally rolled her eyes at me when I ordered, almost snatched the cash with an actual scoff after she put it in as card and I asked for cash (which I'd been holding out to her from the start of the conversation) and when I asked for a cookies and cream frappe, which they have on the website menu, she put it in as a donut and when I asked for the frappe, she looked at me like I was stupid before saying they dont have that. Ordered a hot dog.. it wasn't hot, it was room temperature.. Normally it would be steaming hot.. so disappointed, this isn't the first occurrence either but I thought maybe it was just a once off, but it's happened again! I would always get a hot dog from here without fail when I would visit the plaza..
Oscar and his crew are so accomodating and friendly, not to mention the coffee he makes is the most delicious thing ever. Oh, and can’t forget the cinny donuts !
