She with the big eye lashes and fingernails could not get off her phone to serve us and once she did she was back on her phone while the other lady kept making iced donuts. har worker. Went there today and was shocked to see one staff member wearing a black hooded jumper and black bike pants pulled up at her legs that it looked like she was wearing a pair of underpants, when I said it was inappropriate dress for a business I just got looked at and turned their back, coffee was ok donut was terrible, get your act together I won't be going back.
I ordered a New York hot dog. The girl who made it fiddled with her phone 5 times in between making it. Incredibly unhygienic. She then attempted to serve it to me with raw bacon on top, when they found that they'd run out of pickles. When I told her that the bacon hadn't been cooked, she told me 'thats how weve always made it'. I find that hard to believe. Bad service. The young girls have the longest acrylic nails - in food service this is unsanitary. Basic, basic customer service skills. Chocolate shake was way too strong.
The young lady that took my order had no good customer service experience, barely spoke, was rude and took so long to make 2 hot dogs, food was not good at all and will not be getting any kind of food here again.
